COURSE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the role of information technology (IT) and management information systems (MIS) in an organization. Students will learn how to select and use the right IT tools to carry out business tasks. In addition, students will bcome proficient at solving business problems using spreadsheets and will learn the basics of hypertext marketup language (HTML).

Prototype and design user interface modules
Understand the importance of effective scheduling, training, testing and maintenance to the success of an IS project.
